Breffni Air are a market-leading specialist contractor in mechanical and electrical installations, involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Food Processing, Data Centres and Technology.

We are seeking Experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our busy Workshop in Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan. Permanent full-time positions available, commutable from parts of Monaghan and Longford.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing organisation and gain hands on experience in the processing and fabrication of our products. Operators must be safety conscious and physically fit. Full training and induction provided internally, with room to progress within the company.

The Role:

• Measure, cut and bend various types of sheet metal into appropriate sizes and shapes
• Knowledge of sheet metal tools and equipment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to carry heavy sheets
• Work with great care and efficiency, adhering to quality and health and safety standards at all times
• Flexibility for cross training in different work areas
• Meeting production targets

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role 2+ years
• Excellent attention to detail
• Maintain maximum production efficiency
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to take instructions but also ability to work on own initiative
• Willing to learn
• A can-do attitude

• Valid Manual Handling Certificate
• Valid Abrasive Wheel Certificate
• Valid Safe Pass Certificate
